Question:
Please send your thoughts and prayers to the victims and families of those killed and injured during the church service in Brookfield, WI (about 10 minutes from my home) yesterday (3/12). I don't know if this is national news or not, but it certainly is disturbing. My best friend from high school was attending the service and her boyfriend's youngest brother was murdered during the shooting rampage. He was 15. A few seats down, his other brother's fiancee was also shot and remains in the hospital tonight. On either side of my friend and her boyfriend, people were murdered. She was covered in blood, although she escaped wounds. In all I think 7 people died, including the gunman who shot himself in the head, and a few more were wounded but survived. A 10-year old girl was also shot.

Bad scene. Sorry that you knew people involved. That is always worse. Some people just go nuts. It's happened before and it will happen again.
Hi Mari~ I have relatives in Franklin and Muskego( just a few miles from there too) ....what a horrible thing to happen. I am a believer in the POWER OF PRAYER.....I will continue to pray for all of them.....Jami
It is indeed a bleak day when people can nto go to church and pray and not be safe. Marie, I am sorry that it effected you and the people you knew. I will keep them all in my prayers and hope this type of thing nerver happens again.
But I am a realist and know to we that this will happen again and again. This individual was metally unstable and I am sure there waws no indication as to what he was going to do.
May all the vitims rest in peace and let hope we can stop the next attacked of inosent people.
