Question:
the skin that i bite on the inside of cheek. i have to go have a pathology test on it. this just great. time will tell. some thing else now
AWW Rich im sorry... I hope everything will be fine.... Im sure it will be... you know I used to bite my cheek alot it was a habit of mine. I now have a permadent extra piece of skin there because of it... Are you still coming on Sat???
ahhh, does this cause a real problem??? I have been chewing and biting at the inside of my cheek (and tongue) for years. (I was doing it as I read this ;)) I haven't been to the dentist in a year or so, but I've never been told it's bad. My boyfriend always says I'm going to chew right through one of these days...

thank you for caring. the skin i bite they think could turn into cance. it looks the same to me as it always dose. my old denitis said to watch for gray skin. time will tell. i have to worry about my acid first then that. it's alway some thing.

It is always a good idea to have it checked- I work in the dental field and we use a biopsy that is a tiny brush to collect the cells to test, it dosen't hurt at all- much easier than the old fashioned kind- hope all goes well, try not to worry.
Rich, I'm sorry to hear about ths. Maybe this is just an innocent kanker sore that happens to the best of us. I had one about 2 months ago and I never thought it would go away, but it did, and this will too.

why can't a reg dentist do the same thing. my den has me going to a specalist. i had some thing like that done before. i just have been thinking of it. not worried. well not yet. thank you all. i will let you know how i make out. robin knows about it and is behind me 100 %.

rich, i know what you mean - there is a specialist for EVERYTHING. oh your belly button hurts?, well let me refer you to our belly button specialist who, by the way, is 50 miles from here and only works tuesday through wednesday from 12 until 12:15. ugh. don't worry about the tests. you'll be fine!! :)
