Question:
Hey everybody,
I need you all to pray or wish or whatever so that I can get my school planner back. I lost it sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday, and I don't remember where it was! It occured to me when I opened my backpack when I got home and found out that there was nothing at all that looked anything like my planner. I need this planner because it helps me keep track of my assignments than not using one and I have my personal information written in it in case of a situation like this. I just hope some jerk didn't steal it and is only doing it for their pleasure. I'm not the type who likes to search for my things! I nearly misplaced my keys at home numerous times and lost a paper here and there, but something like this won't do.
Thanks for listening. I feel somewhat better now.
I HOPE YOU FIND IT!
PERHAPS YOU JUST MISPLACED IT SOMEWHERE.... I DO THAT ALL THE TIME, AND STUFF TURNS UP AFTER A WHILE!
sit down in a quiet place and THINK! retrace where you went and what you did....IT WILL COME TO YOU........
St. Anthony...where are you...? We need you!!! It'll turn up. Have faith.
Hmm.... if YOU were a planner, where would you be....?
Joe
Quinn,
I hope you find it.... hopefully it'll be one of those things where you're lying in bed and you think "ah ha!" I bet it's in this place and you go and look and there it is! Or.. you turn a corner and there it lies...
crossing my fingers
Denise
Quinn,
Any luck yet sweetie??? Please mumbo jumbo (just a little thing my kids did when they were little), let Quinn find his planner.
XOXO

Hun, I hope you find your planner. You sound kind of like me......I'm the most disorganized person I know, and I will surely die if I ever lose my planner. Everything I've ever lost is still in my room. If all else fails look in a refrigerator. That's the last place anyone ever looks.
hi quinn
i hope you find it. i wish you the best at it my friend.
I have lost so many things in my life, it is a running joke with my family. I have locked myself outside of my house and cars more times than I can count. Lord knows I've lost enough jackets and sweaters to fill a salvation army, recently I even lost a beautiful $180 jacket my (ex)boyfriend bought me 3 x-mases ago, and it was my only winter coat. :( I inherited the trait of losing things from my father, both of us are ridiculously absent-minded...one time, I remember, as a child, we searched for FOUR hours for a pair of missing eyeglasses - that ended up being on his face(pretty funny in retrospect)! Which is interesting because we both test practically near genius level on IQ tests but are terrible with details...always trying to solve the world's problems in our head, who can worry about material items?  :p (LOL)
But seriously, I find that replacing the lost item as soon as possible is usually the best way to avoid the pain of "loss" - if you find the item, well now you have back-up just in case. I too lost a day planner this year, so perhaps I understand how you feel...I replaced mine quickly and barely miss it now if it gives you any hope...Of course I hope you find it but if not, I think the pain of ANY situation can be lessened if you look at the big picture and realize we are all here on a spiritual journey and to learn, everything else is just details...Most importantly, don't beat yourself up! Stress and talking negatively to yourself are bad for p.
P.S. Despite my self-acceptance I have started doing affirmations like " I am organized and detail oriented" to see if I can rewire my subconscious...So far, it's working. What was I just saying ? :p Just KIdding gotta poke fun at myself while being serious at the same time...
Thanks for the replies everybody. :o
Sadly, I still haven't found it, and I also couldn't find my TI-83 graphing calculator, which costs an arm and a leg. But fortunately, I was given someone else's calculator since they haven't claimed it for 4 months. Now at home, the DVD remote is missing and there was a big argument over losing it. Clutter is a big problem here in our house, so maybe when I move out really soon, I can practice keeping less junk and saving reuseable items. Hopefully, things will get better here soon over this. I'm going to lay a bit low for now. I have loads of projects to finish before Tuesday and I need to start now ir else I'm in trouble.
Thanks again for listening! :)
sorry you haven't found it quinn. i wish i could help find it. i do it at home all the time. remember the crs thing. things will always turn up. well some times they do.lol
have a good day my friend. :D
