I replied to Kim's thread with the below response but I think it is best in my own thread because I think this is a serious issue here on these boards. I would like to hear from the NPF on this. Mitch is right, why do some threads get pulled and others not.
I have a plea to the NPF too. There is a certain thread on the conversations board that continues on with sarcasm and much insincerity directed at a few here. I still cannot understand how this thread carries on with impunity. It is a thread that lends itself to antagonism. I had a thread removed recently and still do not understand why. If the reasons are that it started some antagonism then why doesn't this other thread get pulled?
I would like a response please.

Hey Folks,
I have been neutered. Yes once again my thread was deleted but not for anything that I did but for whatever the reason NPF feels it needed to delete it. I had to call and ask that it be placed back. So what would have been a meaningful discussion here( which is the direction I intended to take this) has been squashed. The response to why it was deleted was nothing short of the response that was posted here by the NPF a little while ago and yes meant absolutely nothing. I never even received a so called pm from the NPF before it was pulled. I feel slighted because pulling my thread seemed harmless to the NPF and they have yet to make a decision and a big one at that as to what to do with others. I must say some intestinal fortitude is missing here. I am truly disappointed. .

I will be straight with you Eric. You have deleted two threads of mine for no apparent reason that you so state so in your policy. Never once was a pm sent to me. Yet, others remain here that are much controversial and you do nothing. So deleting my post was easy because you did not feel threatened by it. Yes, I feel slighted and disappointed. What else is there to discuss here.
I have reported a few posts to you check your email. By the way, those threads still exists posts and all.

If the response is anything like the one today count me out. Ignore list's are what your mother told you to do when your brother keeps hurling insults at you. This is a public forum, ignore lists do not mean you have free reign to have fun/joke at someone else's expense. That is just plain wrong.
When someone else here has a thread, let me clarify that- two threads pulled for no good reason and has every reason to be here like all of you let me start hearing your cheers for the support of the NPF!

You live in a mobile home. There is a difference here. Someone accused one of us of being "Trailer Trash", so we made a game out of it and we found pictures of the most gawd awful little trailers we could find and now we are officially "trailer trash". We are just having fun by turning an insult into a game. Not trying to offend anyone. We miss you.

I usually don't say anything when others go at each other. I tend to stay neutral and let it pass. Well not this time. It takes alot to get me mad and offended. About the cracks made about the trailer trash crack.. that got to me.. Firstly.. My father lives and travels in them since he has retired. Its what he can afford on his pension. I myself live in a trailer. I am proud that I finaly own something that I can call mine. It just got to me. Sometimes people need to think before they speak on wheather what they say even if it were unitentional would hurt some one else!
Ok now that I have said what I wanted to. To some it might not even make any sense. Life goes on!

That's the point that many seem to miss...it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Some people get together and tell racial jokes in private with no real racist intentions, but no one would have the guts or audacity to post them in an open forum where people could possible get offended or worse, have their feelings hurt.
