Hello...
Question:

Hello-
I've been an NPF member for several years now. Although I've posted only once or twice I have been a lurker of these forums since day one. I laugh and cry with all of you.
Anyhow, I've had P for about 20 years (I'm 26) and have had it "bad" and had it mostly clear (like now Yeah!)
I have never hung out nor talked with anyone about P (mine or theirs).
Where am I going here... oh yeah... so I am an extremely active guy (even when it's flaring). I like "extreme" sports and all of that. P has actually propelled me into the frame of mind of "Will I get severe PA tomorrow? I better do everything I can now" etc.
So I'm great at DOING stuff, but I'm ~horrible~ at making friends and starting relationships. I would love to go do stuff with someone(s) in my area OR just hanging out or talking/supporting someone with P would be good. Anyways, I'm in the Portland OR area.
Girls, guys, young or old.
Please respond if interested.

Hi millad
I Just wanted to welcome you to our p family....
Don't worry nobodys replied yet, its usually pretty quiet this time of day, unfortunately for me I am in the wet and windy UK so its like nearly 2pm here.
You didn't say what type of p you have! how you treat it etc, there are some great ideas around here.
Look forward to speaking with you soon....

Wow, I consider these to be very quick replies actually! And thanks for the welcome =)
I have guttate(sp?) Psoriasis. When it's bad it covers about 30% of my body.
As far as treatment... I use dovonex and triamcinalone (alternate between spray and cream). 2x daily when it's bad and much less when it's good.
