Hello,
First of all many replied to my post about me stressing and caring for my dad, and I thank you. I lost my dad on December the 14th and just can't seem to stop crying. I know this is a normal process people go through. I just needed to post this here to get some support in regards to getting through this.
I also wanted to say that I am on my 4th week on methotrexate and I am noticing a little improvement, the scaliness seems to be improving, but the itching is driving me crazy, as if I not feeling crazy enough already.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. My prayers are with you and your family.
I understand about caring for a parent. My mom almost died over a month ago and I'll be flying back to KC for my 3rd time to help with rehab and to give my Dad support. She can't talk (treaceosomy sp) eat, walk etc and will have to learn to do those things all over again.
I've cried alot too (so I understand) because it's almost as if she DID die....because she's not the same person but she keeps fighting.
And yep.....my P is flaring! (Stress) Grrrrrrrr!
I know losing your Dad is much worse than all this, so please know I'm thinking about you, and want to give you a hug. ((((((((((((((((((Sherry)))))))))))))) The memorial site is beautiful.

So sorry about your dad, Sherry....there is nothing one can say to help, in the face of death....time is the only healer, but that just dulls the pain. At least we have our memories of our loved ones......and it looks like you have some great ones with Ol' man River....

I was gone for a couple of days and just read this. I am so sorry about your Dad. That is a beautiful site. I know you will miss your Dad a lot. My Dad died in 1997 and I still miss him. Even though I was 58 years old when he died, I felt like an orphan. Just treasure your memories and it will help. It's OK to cry.

I truly am sorry about the passing of your father. Im sure he was a great man. Ive recently lost two family memebers. It is hard, but they will always live in your heart. Your memories will keep them alive forever. I wish your family nothing but the best.
