awwww.....Richard :( I don't know how you can even manage to get shoes on! That looks sooo painful! Please keep trying on the derm. There has to be something that can help. :confused:

I'm so sorry you are having such a time with your feet. I have been on the messages boards in all different areas and have read some of your posts. You seem like such a nice young man. I also have p and pa. I sure do hope you new derm or rheumy can find something to give you some releif. I'll bet it's really sore to walk on. You take care and I wish you alot of luck!

I know how you feel. Today is a bad day for me. My p is mostly on the bottom of my heel and toward the ball of my foot. My hands are almost clear. I don't know why my hands get better and at the same time my feet get worse. I have not been able to wear shoes since last May.
I wish we both could get better.

hi grannt the only shoes that i can wear for a long time are sas shoes. there big and soft and give my feet air. i to don't under stand why it's on my feet and not my hands. it will now. the hardies part is this is just the begine of it. it will get alot worst if he don't find some thing to stop it. i hope buy seeing my feet that you can under stand me better. i don't want no one mad at me. winter is when i break out. the red is the same that i get on my forhead and chest. thank you all for caring.

Oh Rich, I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I hope your derm is able to help you. Until then, try to hang in there. It'll get better.

I hope you are feeling better today. I think you should talk to your doc. about a tranquilizer and something for anxiety. I believe you get too upset with this. I use to cry everytime I had a patches coming. Now, I just take it as it comes and do what I can to treat it. It's not easy. I am going to keep my Celebrex. I think it is OK, just not in a high dosage for a long period of time. I only take it when I need it and it does help my pain.
Do you get some time off work for Christmas? If you do, try to relax and enjoy everything. I always tell my DH that I want diamonds and gold :) ;) :p like he can afford to but them.

Yikes Rich....I feel for you! that really looks sore....I can see why granny is in a wheelie....hope the two of you can overcome this awful affliction...it looks like constant pain, which would wear anyone down. Try some slippery elm on your feet, by making a paste out of it.
