Collect Questions

Molly had an idea for maybe next year...2006[SIZE=6].....a calendar...[/SIZE]with anyone submitting art (especially the kids) we would have 12 pages and maybe a few extra going into the following year...so that we could get more art on....what do you think?

Very interesting, Sally. Think of all of the things that you could do... Stationery, stickers, pens, pencils, t-shirts. Hmm...? I even have a mascot in mind..... Could you imagine having this mascot attend schools for special demonstrations and lectures...??? I'll work on the theme song... seriously.
Did I forget mousepads, dolls and accessories...???

Actually we are doing big right now KJ, a lot of activity going on around here.
We did it with pins, we're working on a book, and who knows what next. I am out of pins. Pat, I need to make that order.

Hey good idea Molly and Karen.....a poem to fit the art.......since this is a 2006 project in the making we really need to think about getting it together soon...since all calendars are distributed the 6 months before the new year...
(I just spell checked calendar and this is the right spelling) I never remember where the a's and e's go.....
would love to see the young kids and the teens get involved!
this is another thing that could be given to derm offices (with local addresses of support groups stamped on the back of calendar...and NPF info included if we are allowed to)

Calendar sounds like a great ideas. I would like to see pictures of confident people posing with psoriasis being visibly shown. Something to show that we are not reclusive people affected by this disease.

Did anyone see the movie Calendar Girls?? I haven't seen it, just the ads for it. Anyone game to do a calendar like that?? :D


Maybe the people with P should start a "write in" to the pharmaceutical companies that they would like to see real people with P rather than actors in the commercials.......I read somewhere that regular people are being used more and more in the reg. commercials...and I've noticed they are more normal looking rather than "just beautiful"! Altho the commercials are done by advertising companies...the pharms have to ok them....


Sally,,,I always wondered about that also,,,,but,,,, can you imagine me doing a commercial,,,It would take 97 shots,,,to get one ok,,,I would be cracking up,,,,,quite a few years ago,,,but daughter and son and zonked me and a Maury Povich,,,make-over,,,,you want to talk about laughing,,,you can never imagine!!!! It's not easy to be on TV,,,, lol,,,I was backing out last minute and they pushed me out on the stage!!!!!!
