Collect Questions

Mitch, Carol and I got home late last night. It was a great vacation. Lots of great memories. In no particular order, my personal highlights include:

• Getting through the entire conference without spraying drinks all over myself. (Not that Flakey Matt didn't try. Let's just say that I'm on to him. :p)
• Going to the zoo with Carol, EdR, BobO, Debster, Anthony and Vanessa.
• Getting interviewed for a documentary about psoriasis.
• Participating in the photoshoot. (You haven't lived until a photographer tells you to stop making him laugh. :D )
• The Las Vegas get together. (Kimbercat arranged for some of us to get together with Denise777, a new member who lives in Vegas.)
• Breakfast on the Queen Mary.
• Going to the J Paul Getty Meseum in Los Angeles. (I highly recommend it. It's worth getting stuck in traffic on the 405.) Here's a link: http://www.getty.edu/museum/.
• The Yard House (Here's a link: http://www.yardhouse.com/default.asp) -- even if we couldn't get Mitch to try tofu! :D
• Spending time with old and new friends. It was great to meet everyone. I don't want to mention any names because I don't want to leave anyone out.

Sounds like you had a great time! Glad you are back and you can finally join in with business as usual. As I see it, you have some catching up to do. :)

Well I for one have had a tough time trying to fill someone's shoes that are far too big for an army to fill. Thank God you are back. We have all been trying to make up for your absence but as usual that is just not possible.
It sounds and looks like you had a well deserved and wonderful vacation. Now let's get down to business planning our October get together. We'd love to return to Houlihan's. We all know where it is and you made it so comfortable for us to be there. What do you say oh planning king of ours?

I am so glad you had such a nice time on your trip out to San Diego. You did so much you must be exhausted. Like Annie said it would take an army to fill your shoes here on the boards. I too can't wait for this get together in October. It sounds as if a large crowd will be coming.

Wow, you managed to fill a whole lot in one trip. I was tired just from the three days of the conference. It was good meeting you at the conference, and I'm glad you made it back in one piece.

PS, guess i've lived then. I made a photographer think i was nuts and laugh like crazy in 12th grade. What was worse was my senior grad pics. It starts out normal. My face gets redder and redder in each picture because i'm laughing so hard and trying to stay still as i go, "You can't threaten me with toliet paper! My teacher in sixth grade already tried then I escaped" and him looking shocked then saying, "The I'll use duct tape!"
Yeah, I'm naturally fidgety. :cool:
