While, I enjoy going into to chat when I want to say a quick hello or have a laugh......
I don't believe chat is a great forum to discuss problems in detail. The boards allow an in depth discussion which can even be refered back to at a later date. THis is a great advantage for topics which come up repeatedly

i will take a pic and send it to you. i think i remember how. my computer sit's next to my sceen ant the montor sit next to it. my key borad sit's on top of the comp running away for me. it's neat to try and type that way. i have no were to set the key borad.
