Question:
Well I'm sitting here reading about Julio (dave) eating pretzels, Julio doesn't need lo-carb cause he runs it off.
Anyway I feel better on lo-carb so I thought I see what any of you fellow lo-carbers are doing for snacks.
As for me, my favorite is anything red on my g.foreman grill. including the pound of bacon that I had for lunch.
Anybody got some real good like at work snacks.

I just went out and bought a bag of peanuts in the shell. I don't like pork rinds.
I second the peanuts or sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup in a baggie, and you're good to go. Other nuts are also good. If you have a fridge, you can buy different types of cheese and snack on cheese cubes, or string cheese. If you like chocolate, and don't want to give that up, there are plenty of good low carb chocolates. Good luck.

Pistacio nuts are yummy and so is jerky,
but the sodium will get ya
I have gone to the grocery before and bought a stick or "chunk" of cheese. Had the whole thing down before the checkout line.
I have tried some of the low-carb breads to do sandwiches, I'm unfortunately having a hard time finding a good tasting one.
I will say that I do, on occasion, have a diet rootbeer float with breyers carb control vanilla.
