FORE!!!!! LOLOL!!!!!
All I can say is see the movie for yourself and then make your own choice.
Michael Moore made an independant film and it shed an unfavorable light on Bush.
Good.
I wouldnt be surprised if they change the Novermber elections because it has done such damage to Bush.
Im glad that movie came out. Sure, its a cut and paste of elapesed time, years even. Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. both make my skin crawl wose than my Psoriasis ever did.
I shouldnt touch this issue with a 20 foot pole, but I do urge you to see the movie before you deceide anything that any one review writes.
There are a whole lot of people who are not smart enough to read between the lines.
All of what we see on the news is not an accurate portrayal of what is going on in the world and so too is the case with any pne persons opionon.
See the movie at your leisure. But watch it before you vote.
Ive never liked Bush or his father. This movie didnt change anything for me. While it is true it makes Bush look like an ass and makes him look shady and coy- that is the way I have seen him all along.

Long live the Independant!
Im still looking for the right person to lead this Country.
Unfortunaly, that person might never make it to the Election.
Best,
Melissa Lynn
I am not going to comment on politics on this board because to many people are important to me & I do not want to offend them OR Get pissed at how that person feels. I will totally admit I am a Liberal Republican. There are several issues I completely disagree with on both sides of the parties. Unfortunately, I don’t believe there ever will be a candidate that is spot-on with my views. Unless, I decide to run….. J
However, I felt compelled to respond to Melissalynn’s post….. I took the time to read the article BEFORE I posted a response. I don’t believe you would/could have posted what you did, IF you had read the article first.
Fahrenheit 9/11 features what is surely one of the most disgraceful instances of cinematic propaganda in the annals of American film. Fahrenheit 9/11 inverted depiction of Iraqi life under Saddam Hussein is a conscienceless insult to the memory of Saddam's victims. As one example of how derogatory the article was to the movie.
Michael Moore is not a partisan in the cast of John Kerry or Howard Dan or even Al Gore. Moore is a dyed-in-the-wool radical, who advocates flamboyant and irresponsible policies that if followed would result in enormous damage. Senator Kerry has wisely avoided any association between his presidential bid and the file, even as Moore carries on like a surrogate Kerry campaigner at the elegant French film..... Kerry no doubt fears the consequences an apparent endorsement would have on the sane Democratic majority. and this one I felt is the best ...... The thougth that Fahrenheit 9/11's dishonorable message might actually become a basis for individuals to make decisions is the most disconcerting part of all.
In closing, I must say I have seen Michael Moore's other movies (Roger & Me, Bowling for Colinbine) & felt he does do a liberal view of a situation at least semi-fairly...... From what I heard & read, I don't want to see this for I fear loss of his crediblity with me forever.
(whispers)
I DID read the article...
I believe in freedom of speech. Even if it is misleading.
Its up to the individual to choose.
Dont shoot me for thinking that.
I agree, I think politics are best left off the boards for me.

Polotics? Politics? Palotics? Never heard of the stuff.
I'm not posting this as a politcal commentary, but it was funny as all h*ll last night when the chaiman of the convention was on air screaming about the balloons!!
It would have been just as funny if it were to happen at the GOP covention as well.
In case anyone didn't hear it last night, this is what the guy said and his microphone was on the whole time:
'Go balloons, go balloons! Go balloons! I don't see anything happening. Go balloons! Go balloons! Go balloons! Standby confetti. Keep coming, balloons. More balloons. Bring it- balloons, balloons, balloons! We want balloons, tons of them. Bring them down. Let them all come. No confetti. No confetti yet.
'No confetti. All right, go balloons, go balloons. We need more balloons. All balloons! All balloons! Keep going! Come on, guys, lets move it. Jesus! We need more balloons. I want all balloons to go, goddammit. Go confetti. Go confetti. More confetti. I want more balloons. What's happening to the balloons? We need more balloons.
'We need all of them coming down. Go balloons- balloons? What's happening balloons? There's not enough coming down! All balloons, what the hell! There's nothing falling! What the **** are you guys doing up there? We want more balloons coming down, more balloons. More balloons. More balloons'
Yes this did make it live on national TV. How funny was that?
so did the balloons ever come down?
that's too funny i wish i would of heard that
:D
It was so funny! No one cared, but his guy was frantic and his mic was on. The balloons were coming down, but not fast enough for this guy. I was cracking up.
maybe I could get goeckerman.com balloons at the conference. MORE Balloons!
Well I grew up republican and stay independently focused on the right. Although I really don't care what Moore has to say or care about his movies, we must appreciate his ability to say his fair share.
I should have done a documentary about my battle with my derms and hmo over the goeckerman. It could have been called Goeckerman 9/11.
These politicians, regardless of party affilliation, are just like systemic drugs. They get things done but you often get serious side effects.

Normally, I wouldn't get into a discussion about this topic. But, for people who may not know, I saw an interview w/Michael Moore and they were asking him about this movie. HE even said, it IS NOT a documentary, it's a mocumentary.
Just FYI
Sue
I have no intention in seeing the movie right now. That may sound strange to those who know me and my political point of view. I read a great deal, I listen and engame in deebates over politics all the time.
I have come one conclussion a long time ago without the aide of Michael Moore on any other pundint. My vision is clear,
