okies, so its july 15th and im looking up flights for san diego. and everything i find is $171+ and this is form the BAY AREA!! its like an HOUR FLIGHT!! eeesh! im trying to re-range everything for the conference and i cant even find a flight! ooomg! I think im growing a white hair >=/
I check every possible flight from sfo, oak and sjc! and like NOTHING below $171! eeesh! i used to be able to get a lfight out there for $80. how friggin awful is this? If i cant find a reasonable flight, i wouldnt be able to go! It sucks to be broke and on a mad mad mad tight budget! Plus my rents arent exactly supportive of me wanting to go. Grr.. i need chocolate.
You might want to get in touch with cordiod. I believe she may be driving from the bay area, and maybe you could share expenses. Also, sometimes the airlines have last minute deals. Don't give up!

if i go plane or train, i might as well drive. although a train ride sounds pretty fun, but the reason i wanted to fly is because im going alone.

bay area ca... that little area where san francisco, oakland and san jose (plus surrounding cities) are
OOO. well....there is amtrack. I'd say run around on a bus system to there and all but thats south cali. I haven't looked at north cali yet. I think its cool to have county bus systems though! We have only town ones. Communting isn't possible without a car. :p
