Question:
Let's play a new game....I already have our first victim picked out. :D It's Quinn, here is one of his posts.
I got certified last night at work! I'm so relieved!
here is another of his posts...
Hey, that would be fun, starting a thread about what my job is. And then, when I feel that you guys have given up, I'll reveal what exactly I do and you'll win a prize of something!
hmmm, he was being very secretive about WHAT he got certified to do. The object of the game is to guess what his job is. The prize??? A pat on the back for cracking the mystery...(you only win real prizes when your the Whiner of the month) LOL :D After we crack the mystery about Quinn, we'll choose another victim.
So far the only clues I have is that he's in KY. He just graduated from High School, so he's young....OK let the game begin!!!!
So far, this is what I have come up with...
Works at a popular local attraction...Sweeps the place...Picks up the trash etc...
The Certification could be a clean drug test???
I can't remember if he's in Lexington or Louisville....If it's Lexington, there is a lot of attractions..American Saddlebred Museum: Applebee's Park: ArtsPlace: Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate: Aviation Museum of Kentucky : Flag Fork Herb Farm: Headley-Whitney Museum: The Hunt-Morgan House: Keeneland Race Course: Keeneland Track Kitchen: Kentucky Horse Park
Latrobe House/ Pope Villa: Lexington Center / Rupp Arena:
Lexington Children's Museum: The Lexington History Museum
Lexington Livery Carriage Co.: Mary Todd Lincoln House : McConnell Springs: Old Kentucky Chocolates : Raven Run Nature Sanctuary : The Red Mile Harness Track: Southern Lights:
The Thoroughbred Center: Thoroughbred Park:
UK./ LFUCG Arboretum Park: Waveland State Historic Site
I remember the one thread he said the teeny boppers drive him crazy at work....
OK Quinn, we need a tiny hint, do you work at one of the attractions I listed above ??????
lifeguard?
I have no idea what this is about, but from what I read I would venture a guess that he got his life guard certification.
I remember that he worked at a tourist attraction... I forget whether tht might've been a pool or something... but ur right, he said that he hates the teenyboppers who flirt with him!!! lol, so this could potentially mean he was a lifeguard, maybe thats what he got certified... I dotn know! I have no clue! im just agreeing w/ what you guys said! lol
My guess is Security at a local public attraction and he was certified for first aid/ CPR.

The part of KY i'm near doesn't have anything. He got certified to babysit, i guess
Hey Quinn, we need you to tell us if any of these guesses are right? Is anyone even warm????
I think he works at a place where there are horses??? That's my guess, he was certified to clean up after a horse???
I think we scared him off...lol
LOL, I bet he's lerking about, he's reading the posts going they'll never guess...maybe he's off getting certified again for something else.
APB QUINN, where are you???
I think he got certified to operate a "ride" at the park he works at.
He once told us he had to wear a short sleeve shirt all day. He also described himself at work......."Please no standing on the carousel" (or something to that effect anyway).
And.....he also said that he walks around picking up trash at his job and "blah, blah, blah..."
I can't remember if he's in Lexington or Louisville....
Pat, he is from Louisville..........so now get us a listing of all of those theme parks.........we are on the right track!! :)
Well i was doing some searching about it cuz this game is funnnn!!!
and i found out that wherever he works has a gift shop... and he works in Guest Services... this is what the post said :
Ok Cassie, but just how many teenyboppers are we talking about? At my job, we got about 7, ALL of them in the gift shop department. That's six girls and one guy (I'm not taking my chances. He's one of them too).
By the end of the season, they're going to REGRET working with ME in Guest Services!
hmmmm
Also, like someone else said... he said something about a carousel in the post a quotes...
"Please remain seated while the carousel is in motion. Hey, did you hear what I said? I said SIT DOWN! NOW! Thank you!"~me at work

....But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here, ev'rybody's gonna jump for joy........
he rides the race horse at the track.
How do we know that the certification has anything to do with his current job?? Maybe he got certified to switch jobs?
Aight,
since im a canadian ... i waz thinking... is there some sort of hidden meaning to "certified"?!? I know that canadians have some diff meanings for words than americans do and stuff... so is there some sort of hidden meaning to it?!
I suppose "certified" could be used in slang...like:
"he's certified groovy"
LOL
I think it means the same, KJ .......You have been tested and have a certificate that says you have completed your testing.............
"He finished his certification for driving a fork lift" "She is certifiably insane" etc.
This is still my guess, a certified roller coaster master......
Hi, everybody! I just got on and I don't believe my eyes!
Pat, you're getting very close now! I see my job listed on that big Louisville list!
I will rule out one thing, though. At my job, there are NO horses anywhere. Is that a better hint? :D
And in case anyone wants to know, yes I have ridden horses before, but not because I live in Kentucky, but because I got family who owns some.
And rule out the bars too. I wish I could work there. LOL :D
