I doubt you offened anyone!!!! Thanks Richard for this link!
We all have such petty grips don't we......We blow such little things out of shape...
We get angry at each other and stay angry...We hold grudges..
What for? What is the point of not enjoying each and every day we are here with each other?
I want to say I love all of you here and wish only the best for you for all of you..Even the people here who do not like me because I am very outspoken...
If anything happened to any member of my p family I would grieve terribly....
I feel like this is my home and all of you are my friends...I have found support here I have never , ever thought possible.....
I am so glad to be alive!!!!!!! And to have you all to depend on...
I cannot imagine the grief the families of all the 911 victims will forever carry in their hearts! I do not know how they handle it...I could not! We must never , ever forget what happened and always remember the famillies, for they suffer each and every day and nothing will ever end their suffering...
Thanks everyone!
Deb

How coincidental, today I took care of a patient who fled the Twin Towers from the 24th floor. She is in the hospital for other matters and told me that she was in the World Trade Center that day. She works for a major insurance company and was giving an orientation class and felt the building sway. Immediately she told this group to get out of the building. She saw debris falling everywhere. She said she realized something hit the building but did not know it was a plane. Once outside she said it was chaos. People started to come out of nearby buildings and she fled to the waterfront on the westside. She saw people jumping out of the windows and saw the second plane hit. She escaped and was in a state of shock for a very long time. Her sister worked at the Pentagon and luckily had called in that day. She told me she thinks about this often and how lucky her and her sister are. She says it has completely changed her life and never let's petty things get to her.
Thanks Rich and Deb for reminding us all.

Thank you for posting this site, it was truly moving. A girl I knew through my cousin was in tower 2 of the WTC on 911 and never made it out. Every day I say a prayer for her and her family.

Hey,
as a canadian i do not think that i felt as much pain from 9/11 as americans did, but i can tell you that hit me (and probably fellow canadians) hard too... maybe just not as hard as you guys! If there is anyone on these boards that is reading this that experienced very closely (family/friends/etc) or even not so closely the tragedy of 9/11, I just want to say that my prayers are with you and your families and that you guys have an amazing amount of bravery and courage to still go through each day!!
Also, if you think about this video not only about 9/11 but about everything that is going on in our world nowadays... all the war and whatever that is going on. I have very closely experienced how war can hurt families... my cousins fiance (Cpl Ainsworth Dier) died in Aghanistan and boy- that hit everybody pretty hard... so we must also not only remember those who died/experienced 9/11, but also those who are at war for our country!
I especially liked (and wanted to point out) one of the last lines of that video... "Live a life worthy of their sacrifice"

There has been so many of our boys sent home in coffins....And more to come, for sure....Not to mention the countless boys sent home mained...
We, the American people have to sit back day after day and watch this....
When are we gonna get our boys home? I do not understand this....When is this going to end?
I saw on the news, they have caught terrorists planning to bomb a big mall in Columbus, Ohio....
All I can say is I do hope they continue to keep on their toes before something happens again.....
I doubt anyone can pull of anything with such magnitude as 911, but who knows?
Such a shame warnings about 911 where ignored......
I will say this ,I have been known to joke about politics, but actually I have lost a lot of faith in politics....
I do not know if I believe what anyone has to say anymore...It all remains to be seen....I really believe the politicians have had their heads too far up their butt for too many years....Look at the state we are in....
Oh well ,perhaps things will improve, but 911 needs to never be forgotten especially by the powers that be in the United States of America...May it always be the land of the free and the home of the brave....May it alway be the greatest country in the WORLD!
