Leadership Team Meeting
Please join us on June 17, 2004, in Skokie, Ill.
Our goal is to create a Chicago-Area Leadership Team. Join the meeting to hear updates on our research efforts and how you can help to find a cure for psoriasis.
We need people who are interested in:
• Finding a cure for psoriasis
• Volunteering for the Foundation
• Helping identify potential area Leaders and Volunteers
• Raising awareness and funds for the Foundation
We want to make your involvement with the Psoriasis Foundation a great experience!

• Kenneth B. Gordon, M.D., National Psoriasis Foundation Medical Board Member, Loyola University
• Cindy Scheel, Director of Development and Membership of the National Psoriasis Foundation
