Question:
I’m having a Pity Party. For those that do not know what it is, it is when you are able to fill sorry for yourself for 1 day. My mom let my brother and I have one once a month. Well today is the day I want to have it.
The day I received my Remicade I.V I also had an OBGYN appointment.
I got a call form my OBGYN last night and he told me that I have tumors in my uterus and that there is swelling of my ovaries. This s**k!!!!!!!!!! Just when my P was getting better. I have got all the bad genes in the family. I am dyslexia (can not spell it) it is when you see letter and number backward and mixed up. My mom and grandmother both have it. I have P and PA my grandfather and uncle had it. Now this, my mother and aunt had when they were 29. So right now I’m felling sorry for myself. I knew that things were going to good.
My OBGYN has call me in prescription for some pills then I have to go back and see him again to talk about what action that we are going to take.
So if anyone wants to have a Pity Party along with me today please do so. That way I do not have to be the only one filling sorry for myself. I am sure that there are days that you want to be able to so if you are filling sorry for yourself today let me know.

The tumors in your uterus sound like fibroids and can be kept in control with medication. The same medication usually helps the ovarian problems as well. So I hope I put a little damper on your I pity.
Tell those genes of yours you've had about enough! No more lousy news.
I'm always the designated bartender at our chick parties I think I'll make a pitcher of margaritas.

OH, I'll join the party, I know all about pity parties and pity pots! Lots of times I've been the host of such parties. You just sit on the pity pot, there honey and we'll let Annie mix the drinks. I ended up with most of the bad genes in my family too.
By the way Annie, as long as you have the blender going. Could you make mine a daqueri? I can't handle tequilla.
Look on the bright side Brandy. There is a treatment now. I had the same problem when I was young and the answer was automatic Hysterectomy. Wishing you good stuff!

My mom and aunt both had a Hysterectomy at age 29. Mom said that she was so happy not to have any more monthly.

It is true that there are other that have more problems then what I have at this time. Now it is time to get back up on my feet and start kicking this P ass. That is the reason that we are here it all help find a way that will work for all one day and have P put in the past.
So tomorrow will bring another day. Thank God it’s Saturday. I am going to think of all the things that I am thankful for.

I hope you are doing better. I too am good for a pitty party once a month. Some times I'd like a guest or too, other times it's a one person pity party. But, in either case, drinks are ALWAYS served.
