yoohoo!!! didn't know where to post this but since its not P related I thought this would be a good place...
Just gor back from the Doctors visit and my cholesterol went from 260 to 180......first time EVER!!!! since they started giving those darn tests..................every year I go in get tested, get lectured, go home, go back the following year, blah, blah, blah...same old thing......
I kept saying it runs in our family (it does) except I started using virgin coconut oil for all our cooking etc...originally bought it for skin....but heard it was better to take inwardly too.......thats the only thing I did differently....
if anyone has this problem and want to try it here is one site that sells it...i get mine here but I'm not affiliated with it...go wherever they sell the virgin coconut oil...early studies done on coconut oil were done on hydrogenated oil which of course is not good for you.
