Collect Questions

Hi Everyone,
Some of us are planning to meet at the Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut on Saturday, January 24, 2003. :cool: We need to work out the final details (like the time :rolleyes: ) but it would be great if everyone in the New York/New Jersey/New England area could join us. :)
I'm not a gambler, but I'm told that there will be more than enough for me to see and do.
Watch this space for further details.

Really looking forward to the get together!!:D I've never been to the Monhegan Sun ( not much of a gambler either ) it looks like there are plenty of other things to do...eat, drink, be merry and meet people!!

1 Attachment(s) I have heard that when asked about his new movie "The Singing Detective", which in he happens to have P, he called it a disgusting disease. Thought I might want to make him feel guilty about his comment and pay for a helicopter to bring Steve.
And now that I think of it perhaps I will ask him to join us to show him that we are not people with a disgusting disease.
My idea is growing and that is dangerous.

Something is actually happening near me? At a casino 20 minutes away? And I turn 21 before the 24th? This is so sweet. You can count me in! I am so excited. Oh and by the way, for those of you that haven't been there.....it's great. When you walk in you really feel like you are being transported to Vegas. There's lots of good eats, a mall, and of course tons of gambling. It's a fun place and it's really quite beautiful. I am actually going to the Foxwoods tomorrow. It's also very nice. They have a dance club and a great buffet from what I have heard. Gotta live my 21st B-day to its fullest. :D Woohoo! Anywho, I'll see y'all on the 24th! -Taryn-

I am so jealous!!! I want to meet everyone. I have even been thinking about hitting Chicago just to see someone. (it is a 2 hour drive, but could be worth the trip). Everyone have a great time. I will be thinking about you all.

Since I have a 4 1/2 hour drive, I am going to stay over.
Mohegan Sun's hotel is sold out =(
I found a room at the Microtel in Uncasville - it is 1 mile from Mohegan Sun and offers a shuttle to/from the casino.

Online it says they are sold out for that night but they aren't.

Regular room is $99/night
Suite is $119/night
They give a discount for AAA and Mohegan Sun player's card.
