Just wanted to let everyone know that I am home. I feel good, but I am very tired. I wanted to thank everyone for the tremendous outpouring of support and love. I am going for a nap now and I will post more later.

I am so happy that you are finally home. Hopefully your recovery will be speedy.
We all missed you so much. We are a family here and we all feel for those who are going through tough times. Please be assured that there were many prayers and good wishes sent your way.
It is my hope that all will continue to pray for your recovery and keep you in their thoughts. I'm not real worried about this because I know the people here and they are the best.
Please let your P friends know if there is anything at all that we can do for you.

What a lovely gift your family has received for the holidays. The reminder of what is truely precious in this life always comes with a price, but in my humble experience, it is worth its weight in gold.
What a lovely gift the members of this board have received in the opportunity to support you during your convalescence.
I wish you a blessed holiday with your loved ones and most especially your daughter. The magic in her eyes will lift your heart this season, I guarantee it.
I, in turn am spending plenty of time counting my own blessings. I counted this place twice.:p

I really missed your posts. It was kinda wierd not seeing "Makeitgoaway" all over the board. I am hoping you feel up to sending some new posts every now and then, but I think we will all understand if you concentrate your time on healing your body first.
I may use your "down time" as the perfect opportunity to replace all of that Yankee propaganda with the Mets!!! LOL!!! Only kidding, I don't even know how to attach an image. Maybe another Mets fan can do it for me.

Great to hear that you are doing well and that you are safe at home. Beats a noisy hospital anyday- besides those hospital gowns are a bit drafty in the back on a cold night.
Think of the positive side
...all the snow you won't be able to shovel this winter!!!
...all the mall traffic you won't have to sit in!
...work- I guess you will have to rest.
....getting up early!
...spending more time posting on the NPF message boards.
...spending time with us!
I'm sure everybody will add to this.
