Just got some good news!! IM GOING TO QUEBEC!!!!!!
i ACED the test/interview, and now i get to go (along with 9 other students) on a french exchange trip to quebec in march!!! i g2g now though, but ill post more details when i get back later!!

Hey Everyone!
Here's a few more details...
What happens is, our school is paired up with a school in quebec that is learning english at the same level that we're learning french (french immersion level)... and so- in march... me, and 9 other students from my class get to go to quebec and spend 8 days away from school, and we get to each be paired with one person, and we stay at their house, and they show us around quebec... and then in April, they come to edmonton, and we get to skip 8 more days of school to show them around edmonton!!! so all in all- it'll be a great time and i am looking forward to it soooo much, now i gotta start doing the fundraising:( ... lol

It sounds like an excellent program, something you will remember for a long time. Are you required to keep a journal????? This will be a great experience for you.......enjoy the fundraising!! (My team girls call it "fun-raisin").

Good job KJ. Way to go. As you know I like breaking your chops but I am proud of you. All that studing in dention hall really paid off.
Success is the resdue of hard work. When you set a goal and achieve it you have grown more than you no. Hard work is a joy not a curse exspecially when accomplish what you started out to do. Go enjoy your trip I know you will be a great embassador for your school, your parents and your community.
PS. Can you get detention in the exchange school?

Do keep a journal. As was already said, it will be something to look back on in the future when the memories are dulled by time.
