Now I know I'm really new to do the board, but I'm addicted and enthusiastic and have already made some great buds. I was soooo envious of the NJ group this weekend. I would have added a few new lesions just to be there.
Chaim, are you listening??? I'm flying down to South Beach on 12/16 staying till 12/21. I can't think of a cooler place to meet so I'm calling on all you southern members to get your palm pilots ready to make a date!!!!!!! And any of you other members ready to make the trip to one of the coolest places in this world. Not only will it be a blast, but it will be therapeutic as well.

Hey Annie, thanks for the invite.....sounds great.....I do live in Florida, but we are 10 hours from Miami!!! Ya never know.....I would love to go. The Wave hotel looks awesome (now I know where to stay when I do go there!!!).
I'll keep you posted if I'm able to make the trip. (I'm supossed to be going down there tomorrow, but I don't think it's gonna happen...:( )

South Beach Diet
Put on your bathing suit. Go to South Beach. Take of your shirt and sit on the blanket for a while. Look at all of the beautiful, thin, tan people. Look at your own body.
If that doesn't motivate you, go for a walk. Walk all along South Beach until you find a donut shop. Keep walking. Walk and walk and walk looking for that donut shop.
You will become thin before you will find a donut shop in South Beach. Why? Because the think folks at South Beach don't eat donuts.
But honestly, is life without donuts really worth

Of course I will be around and you could not be coming at a better time. You definitely picked the hottest spot on the beach to stay!! The Wave is a wonderful hotel and right on the beach too!! Hope you're comming here to get rest and relaxtion because that doesn't happen in south beach. Will see you then!!

Annie that bar looks quite tempting..........Lobby is very nice, but didn't see any alcohol in the back ground. :)
I don't think there is a pool at the hotel (could be wrong), but we could always meet ocean side!!

Deb, I'm looking forward to Annie's visit...I seem to be the lone star of Miami so I don't get many visits nor do I get many travel opportunities for that matter.
Thanks for the avatar compliment....figured since my head is always spinning anyway it would be apropos.


Chaim......believe me if I could get there more often I would love it. Today is the perfect day to be in Miami, cause it's too cold here.....even in North Florida....we are cold!!!!!I want to be in MIami!!!

There is a possiblility my hubby will be coming to Clearwater on business, the 2nd week of Dec.. We aren't sure yet, though...I don't know if I will be able to come with him or not...

Pamella...I'm still waiting for that visit....and Deb Clearwater is nowhere near my, but the beaches on the west coast of Florida are second to none!! The Gulf Coast is absolutely stunning!

Clearwater is right near my mother.....about 6 hours from me, but I guarantee if you were coming I would drive down. (I'd go to Miami more often too but that is 10 hours!!!!).
Now that I have a fairygodmother...........hmmmmmm :)


Pam I am afraid if you and I got together we would get arrested!!! But I have never been arrested so that might be fun!!!
