Wow that was one of my favorite songs in 1989!!!!I remember oh so well when it first started playing on the radio..........and I loved it sooooo much...........I still do but it's not my fav ( I must've over played it or something).

These words have been with me for a long, long time and they never fail to get me through whatever I have to face. I have a lot of new favorites. There are some really beautiful and wonderful songs being written every day. But, I don't think anything will ever replace the above for me.

So ,my dad ,being a music lover of everykind of music,always recorded songs on his tape,,so he had many tapes,,which i took,,now i'm sitting and listening to all of them,,well country songs was on it,,polka's,name it was on this one tape,,,,my dad,,,didn't talk much on church or praying,,,though he went to church,,,and there comes this song on,,,welllllllllll i cryed,,,,,,,,,,,this is the song ....................

My favoite lyrics are probably form a song written by Charles Aznavour called "Yesterday When I Was Young". The famous recording was by Roy Clark but I liked Johnnie Mathis version. The words go like this...
