Sorry this is not a p related post.
This question is for those computer wiz out there
Recently after the Window XP virus attack. I have installed a new virus program by symtic alone with internet security and firewall. Everything funtions fine on my computer but whenever I view the here web, my IE (version 6.0) crushes. It does not happen with any other web pages I visits, only the here. Usually I can view the web pages about 1 minute or so before the box pops up ask me if I want to send this error to microsoft. So far I have no found a solution to this annoying problem so I can only post and view the message board while at work. (it's 2:20 AM and I am still working.. how sad... been at work since 11 AM)
Anyway if anyone had the same problem or knows what's wrong with my config on ie and can help me fix it.. greatly appericated.

I have been having problems when I come here, like I will get a message like I am not sighed in and some other problems I cannot recall right off the top of my head....
I am not geekie enough to advise you.....
YES this happened to me.
I shall forward you something that worked for me when my system crashed coming on here!!!!

Had the same problem...try this...
1. In the internet explorer browser go to the top line menu and click on tools...
2. Go to the bottom line and click on internet options
3. go way over to the tabs and click advanced tab...
4. look down the list and look for
(Enable third party browser extension)
Unclick that box...
Close your browser and then restart the browser, not the whole computer...
Ok, try that and see what happens...It fixed mine...

When I come to this site my computer goes to sleep! Reaction time is delayed by thirty seconds. Just to scroll down first page takes two minutes and if I post it will not return to thread for at least four minutes. Can anyone help?

I too have been awfully frustrated trying to read posts made to the message boards....on my computer only....I had no idea what was going on.
I can not believe that the solution to the problem I have been having was this simple......I am in here reading posts, and even able to reply to them.
Life is great.................I am once again a well informned member!
I no longer shall have to sweet talk my way into using someone else's computer to view the message boards..............YEA!!!!!
