Yes, itīs been quite a while since I last posted. Sorry if I worried you. I was actually thinking about starting a thread to explain what happened, some nice things and otherīs less, but hey... checking the web I suddenly see I have my own thread already :cool: so...Iīll explain here.
First of all I have missed you and have thought about you all often.
Lately I have been preparing my last exam (I was rewarded for my effort so I am officially "Administradora de Fincas", that is a mix between economy & law that allows me to manage everything related with real estate). Then the -last- kitty I adopted had to have surgery twice to repair her broken mouth; and believe me...this takes tons of time. She is doing great now. I will soon mail a pic.
Then I also have had plenty of work lately...and had lots of documents to prepare for the signing of tittle deeds at the notaryīs.
Also the visitīs to the doctorīs & blood work are quite "time robbing". My regular derm is lovely but my new rheumy is a pain in the butt. He is very...how to explain..."dry". I donīt know. I felt as if I was a number and not a person. I tried to explain as clear as possible how painfull and stresfull pa had been to me, and it looked as if he didnīt care at all. This really made me quite sad and talked about it with my derm. I understand that there are patients with much worse conditions than mine, but I am important to; or at least I feel I deserve to be lissened at with attention and as if he cared eventhough he doesnīt at all. Anyhow, my derm assured me that this rheumy is fantastic as a doctor but that he has his moods now and then. Iīll give him a second chance, and if his "mood" doesnīt change Iīll look for another one.
Then the father of one of my best friends passed away. It was all very sudden. He felt ill, and with in one hour he was dead. Incredible. My friend, and all his family of course, were in shock. We had to call an emergency doc to give him a shot to tranquilice him. Here in Spain we have what is called "tanatorio"; that is that during a day the body is in a room in the cementry so that you can morn it. The family stays there at least 24 hours, day and night, and the friends and other relatives go there to visit and to be with the closest family. In this case it was almost 2 days since he passed away friday night and he wasnt burried till sunday midday. So that was a long and sad weekend.
On top of all that, I have been arguing with my boyfriend lately about this and that. This is really the last thing I needed, but things are as they are. The arguments are not to problematic, but sometimes he gets on my nerves. I donīt have the pacience I used to, he says this...I say that... one thing leads to the other and then we are argueing again. Ohhhh....well...I guess weīll get over it.
So all this has kept me a bit "down" lately and thatīs why I havenīt been posting much. I have a lot of reading to do now to update myself about everything that is been going on here at the forum.
I am glad to be back and I hope this mail wasnīt too long but I wanted to update you.

Poor thing, what a place to have something broken; however, I'm glad that she's

I understand how things piling up on us can make one want to withdraw. Sounds like you've had one of those pile-ups. I'm sorry, and hope it clears up soon. I've always wondered why "men" seem to pick the worst time to make matters worse. My hubby is a real pro at it.
