Ha Ha strange, as I was reading your post Katie, I was nibbling an apple crisp my daughter-in-law brought over to me. Mmmmm good... A coincidence huh? Now as I re-read your post & seeing the Apple Crumb cake, I'm yearning for some cause mine has already disappeared. :(

I DID MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH!!! but didnt want to say SCRATCH ON HERE>.. didnt want you to think I made it with FLAKES LOL!!!!! IT IS SOOO YUMMY!!!! Mom called this morning just to tell me ITS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Im making another to BRING TO NJ this WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE TO YOU ALL
