Question:
Does anyone watch Big Brother? We lost our satelite signal tonight, and missed most of the show. :mad: What happened?
I am totally addicted to Big Brother 8. The short version of what happened last night is Jen went nuts after being nominated. She decided to go against the rules and eat (she was on slop) so because of the "Big Brother" called her into the diary room and told her that because she went against the rules she would automatically have one vote against her on eviction night. She was fighting with Dick like all night and she took his cigarettes and first she hid them but then she destroyed them all. This caused Dick to go a little nuts, you know how he gets and they really got into a fight. Jameka was able to calm Jen down and peace was temporarily restored. Fast forward to the voting and it was a 6 to zero vote to get Jen out of the house. So Jen is gone. The HOH competition was next and Jessica won HOH for the week. I hope that helps if you have any more questions let me know and if I remember I will fill you in. Nice to know I am not the only person that watches this.
I am Also a HUGE BIG BROTHER watcher! Have been watching Big Brother every year since it has been on.... Did you watch BB All-stars last year.... If you did... A show called Dr 90210 has Dr. Will (Who I HATE..... is a derm but a cosmetic derm) and Mike Boogie has been on more then one of the episodes now! I also watch the BB live 24/7 live feeds ALL the time.... Drea make sure you watch Power of 10 on Tuesday at 8 they are going to have Danielle and Amber on and then BB starts at 9!!!! Who do you think is going to get nominated! I am going to know before the show because of the live feeds but I promise not to spoil it for you~~ I think its going to be Amber and Jameka again and they are going to backdoor Zach!!!! What is your thoughts!!!!!

Ok, I love this thread. I've been dying to talk about BB8 with someone, but the CBS board is full of ...interesting people.
Anyway, at this moment in time, I don't know who I want to win. I almost want Zach to win because I find him the most un-annoying.
Jen totally flipped out, I can't believe she destroyed Dicks cigs. I was like ...well, I can't write what I said, I just couldn't believe it but I was also kinda enjoying it too coz he's my least favorite charactor. I haven't figured him out, but I don't like some of his actions that I've seen on the show...there are people who've seen the live feeds who say that he's actually halfway decent and that Eric is the one that's not-so-nice, as was Dustin. I don't know what to believe.
I want Dr Will to come back. The all stars last year was awesome. I remember will and Boogie in the room saying "Bbbbring brrring"...talking about the veto competition where they won a big screen tv and a trip but didn't win the veto, but frankly didnt' care. I loved that scene.

I do have to say I RIGHT now LOVE LOVE LOVE Eric and Jessica!! So I hope one of them wins. I kind of hope it is Eric because he was FORCED to play the game "America's Choice" way and he has been doing a pretty good job of it! I just think they are so cute together and are the LEAST annoying people in the house! I did not like Jessica at first because I thought her voice was annoying BUT I got used to it.... (Almost like I hated listening to Holly and Janelles voices but ended up liking them too... do you remember them at all) LOL at the Dr Will and Mike Boogie calling each other on the pretend phones in the diary rooms last year and then laughing like crazy!!! They were really funny at time... But for me they BOTH are too full of themselves!
When Jen ruined ED's smokes I was laughing because I KNEW he was going to flip out! I think Jen is a spoiled brat and FINALLY realized that she is a LOSER! I think she is a sore sport in her losing.... ex: ruining other peoples property, ruining is cigarettes and eating like a pig when she is on slop. I almost hoped that the votes were REALLY close and that, that penalty vote was the one that really kicked her out!
Drea and everyone else did anyone see the episode where they showed clips of Amber asking what certain words meant! I laughed so hard at the episode I have to keep rewinding my TIVO because I couldn't stop laughing.... That woman has some serious issues going on with her and her "visions" and all her CRYING.. I have never seen someone cry for NO reason as much as she does!
When they showed Amber and Danielle at the Power of 10 studio they had "support people" there for them. For Amber it was her cousin and for Danielle it was NICK! I wonder WHY they had Nick there and NOT Danielle's boyfriend who she LIVES with outside of that house! As much as I like LOOKING a Nick (he is so sexy lol!!!) I don't think that what he did was right in the house with not respecting that Danielle has a boyfriend at home with whom she lives with! He is not my favorite person at all!

Oh my god, it's so nice to see other people addicted to this show. I LOVED the all-star show last year. Boogie is one of my favorites and I am glad he won. I actually liked Dr. Will on All-Stars but hated him the first time around.
I could not believe Jen flipped out like that. I personally think the girl needs some help. I totally forgot about the Power of 10 thanks for reminding me! I think Zack needs to go, he is useless. I like Eric because he is totally playing the game and he is so entertaining. I don't like the way Dick treats people but he does keep things interesting.

Oh my gosh! I was so disappointed not have had a response to my question, and I decided to bump my thread and ask again "does no one else watch this show?" only to discover I've had answeres all week long! I never got my email notification that someone had replied to my thread!
I knew it would be a cold day in heck if Jen stayed, but you never know what'll happen.
Did Jen get in trouble for breaking all of EDs smokes? That's just wrong destroying someone else's property. And did ED get in trouble for blowing smoke in Jen's face? That's just rude, not to mention the health thing, no matter how hated she was. Talk about the ultimate revenge, though, leaving ED without smokes... I pity the people who are going to be stuck with the man while he goes through withdrawl. Hopefully he's a sappy mess instead of an angry one.
I don't know who I want to win. ED, no matter how awful he is (I can't stand his behavior) has been running the show since day one so he ought to win. Somehow, no matter how horrible he is, he's still there. At the same time, Eric has been getting away with stuff amazingly well, even recovering from the airplane message, and would also deserve to win. He's controlling things as well, and barely sliding under the radar. Hmm.... The others seem to be riding along. If I was allowed to pick one, I'd pick Eric becuase he's the nicer of the two, at least by what we get to see on TV.

SPOILERS FROM LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE
I was glad to see Jen go. I'm not too sure about the Eric/Jessica pair up. I really liked Eric till I saw the part where he was telling ED about how he had something on Amber and he was holding onto it at the right moment. That just made me see a different side of Eric I didn't like.
I thought Jessica was awful when she first came into the house, she's not too bad.
I'd actually be rooting for ED, except that I really don't like how he played the game verbally. To go to that level of insult and attack people personally just really didn't sit well with me.
Danielle is an idiot. She had a boyfriend and I guess she doesn't have one anymore. Instead she's going after Nick who she's known for less than a month, and did you not see his hot-temper on the last episode he was on? That's definitely someone you don't want to be around!
Don't want Jameka or Amber to win. Those two are so annoying. I am all about religion, I think it's wonderful, but I don't know if CBS is just overhyping all the praying and talking about it to get a reaction from the viewers, but I'm over it. I don't want to say anything else that might offend anyone, but I think there comes a point in the show where you should actually spend more time strategizing with the people in the house. And how much water does Amber have to drink to stay hydrated during the day? That woman has issues (Well, more issues than I do!)
I was kinda shocked about the last episode when they asked everyone to strip down naked. That's kinda WEIRD. Also, now we're asking America who Eric should kiss???What's next? Asking America who he should take a shower with?

ROFL, there is NO way I would have gotten nekked if I was in that house! I was like "no way they are doing this" I also liked Eric at the start but I am seeing a side of him I do not like, it is way to easy for him to tell lies to the other players. I think he is playing them all. ED cracks me up :) I can't help it. I mean he has the 8alls to stand up and say what the others are thinking. But last week he just took it way to far. When he and Jen got in to it and she was trying to take the cigarette right out of his hand then started getting mad she got burned I was like OK, this girl has lost her mind. I was surprised that Big brother did not step in during that exchange. :))
I thought that whole naked thing was disgusting. Probably for the benefit of the BB8 staff. Awful! I don't know if I coudl have done it, flapping around in the open. Darned good thing Jessica decided to split by boys vs girls!
I don't want Jameka or Amber to win either. You know, you'd have to drink alot of water if you cried all the time too! LOL! I'm still leaning towards ED (even though I'm not impressed iwht the verbal attacks either, but it's amazing how they allowe themselves to be sucked in and how he's still around) and Eric. Jessica would be OK too.

Have you seen that V8 commercial where the guy orders a burger with all the "healthy stuff" off it and the lady who gives him his burger smacks him on the head? I want to do that with Amber....just a "snap out of it" smack...
I really liked Danielle till that whole Nick thing came up. That's just so sad. You know that's just not going to last either, she really screwed up. And her poor boyfriend, he's the laughing stock of America! He just got dumped in front of xxxmillion viewers!
However, a great twist would be if Amber or Zach won the veto and they backdoored Danielle. That would be FREAKIN awesome!

When I see him in the diary room, he's completely different than when he's hanging out around the house. I really like him in the diary room when he acts human. Seriously, I would have lost it a long time ago, BB8 would have had to eject me after the 2nd day of that. Heck, after the 2nd hour.

I'm surprized he wasn't bounced in the beginning, but I suppose they like to keep annoying, hated people around, thinking it'll help them win. The whole thing with ED and Jen was first of all Jen being a sore sport and a spoiled brat. She KNEW she was back doored after the Veto Ceremony and she was going to do whatever she had to to get someone else upset or possibly kicked OUT of the game for putting a hand on her. ED did NOT get in trouble for the whole cigarette burning episode. Jen was having a tantrum while eating her turkey burger (which she was BANNED from eating) she agreed to be on slop for 30 days. HER CHOICE! and this was the "MATURE" way for Jen to show that she is just as spoiled as everyone in America saw she was. This brings me back to when Jen first started crying because she didn't like her picture on the wall. They DAY that I started to really "HATE" Jen was when she got HOH and SHE had the nerve to take down a picture of her and her mother! Do you know how many women in the world would LOVE to have a picture of them and their mother hanging on their wall..... especially if god for bid someone's mother had passed away! I think people in the house saw that as well and got really upset that she did that! All because she didn't have her "MAKEUP" on! So thinking about all these things that she has done I felt NO sympathy for her when she was STICKING HER OWN HAND in ED's cigarette. I have watched it again on my live feeds and looked at it on youtube and he was not intentionally trying to burn her. So He did not get in trouble. Although ED DID get in trouble for the whole Ice being poured over her head! I dont know what his punishment was for that but he said the other day he did get in trouble with BB!
I want either Jessica, Eric or Jameka to win..... But if the last two were ED and Danielle I would say DANIELLE definitely to win! The jury house would NEVER pick ED to win after what he has rudely said to everyone! ok I thought that was going to be short Im sorry!!!!

ED did NOT get in trouble for the whole cigarette burning episode. Jen was having a tantrum while eating her turkey burger (which she was BANNED from eating) she agreed to be on slop for 30 days. HER CHOICE! and this was the "MATURE" way for Jen to show that she is just as spoiled as everyone in America saw she was. This brings me back to when Jen first started crying because she didn't like her picture on the wall. They DAY that I started to really "HATE" Jen was when she got HOH and SHE had the nerve to take down a picture of her and her mother! Do you know how many women in the world would LOVE to have a picture of them and their mother hanging on their wall..... especially if god for bid someone's mother had passed away! I think people in the house saw that as well and got really upset that she did that! All because she didn't have her "MAKEUP" on! So thinking about all these things that she has done I felt NO sympathy for her when she was STICKING HER OWN HAND in ED's cigarette. I have watched it again on my live feeds and looked at it on youtube and he was not intentionally trying to burn her. So He did not get in trouble. Although ED DID get in trouble for the whole Ice being poured over her head! I dont know what his punishment was for that but he said the other day he did get in trouble with BB!
I want either Jessica, Eric or Jameka to win..... But if the last two were ED and Danielle I would say DANIELLE definitely to win! The jury house would NEVER pick ED to win after what he has rudely said to everyone! ok I thought that was going to be short Im sorry!!!!

Mrs Sooners, since you have the live feed, can you let us know if you see anything worth reporting? I"m not allowed to feed my BB8 addiction with the live feed...plus I think I'd get fired because I'd probably be looking at it 24/7, even at work :)

On the BB8 site they gave you 3 days free to watch the live feeds... I found a site that gave 21 days free so I did that and then I only paid a very small amount after that! To me it is worth watching in the middle of the night when I can't sleep!

Danielle suprizes me constantly with her intelligence and physical strength. She has a great memory for details. I think it's the beautiful-blonde, the voice and the fact that she's super-skinny that throws me, because she comes across more child like than the others.
