Question:
It's a freaking miracle. First I find an assitance program that helps with the 50% co-pay I got slammed with at the first of the month, now I get a phone call from BCBS of Alabama saying that my benefits for specialized drugs has been reinstated and my copay will be $60.00 a month! WOO HOO!!!!!! Thats a lot better that 759.00 less the 416.00 copay assistance which would have left me with 343.00 a month for therapy!!!!
When asked why the reinstatement, the representative said they realized it was unfair to ask their customers to pay that much out of pocket.....I wonder if that is true or not. I best not look a gift horse in the mouth!
