Question:
Hello everyone,
I know I haven't been around much lately but I have been really busy so this is kind of an update of my crazy life.
Firstly, I am starting school this coming tuesday for web developement. I know it will be a career path that I will enjoy. I am excited and scared all in one but this is something that I really want to do for myself. :D
I finally have insurance. Granted through the state but I have it now and am getting help for my P and PA.. I have to wait til the 2nd of august before I can see the derm. They were booked way in advance. But my regular doc was able to Rx steroid creams to help me til I get there. Just have to deal with the itchies..LOL Yes I do have a Rx for Attarax but I don't like taking it during the day it knocks me out. I have had some stomach issues that had me down for almost a month before I had it treated.. Ended up with an ulcer brought on by a stomach infection. It was not a pretty picture. Finally getting that cleared up. I thought that the antibiotics were going to do me in .. They were almost as bad as what I was going through already.
My baby boy graduated kindergarten this year.. WAH!!! Where the heck has the time gone.. It has flown that is for sure.. I enrolled him in a summer class so he won't forget what he has learned so far this year. He is growing so fast its mind boggling. :eek: He is going to be 6 soon..And a very smart little boy.. I'm so proud of him.. He still can't sit still for more than a minute or two here at home.. always wanting to be outside playing. I just don't know where he gets all that energy from.
Both he and I got glasses this spring to. Mine are mainly for reading and his he has to wear everyday.. he looks so darned cute in them..Thats all for now..

That's awesome that you finally have insurance! YES!!!! :cool:
I'm sorry to hear about the stomach problems. Yikes! An ulcer. :eek: That's not good. :( Sometimes the side effects from the meds are worse then the problem that you're trying to correct. I hope that you feel better soon.
Good luck with school. You're very creative, so that's a good career choice for you.
It's hard to believe that your son is going into first grade. They grow up so fast!

Congratulations on going back to school, I think it a great thing to do. Yes, hold on to your little one because before you know it they will be grown (my boys are 20,18 and 15).

today was my first day of classes.. the morning english comp class kind of drags but I like my computer class. It seems as if the time had jsut flown by. Now I am just tired. didn't sleep very well, but I know I will sleep like a baby tonight when I go down. Life, hopefully, will settle down soon. Its been too crazy for me.. LOL
thank you Rich, Cindi and MIke for the vote of confidence. It did help. As for my stomach. It is actually behaving itself now and not trying to revolt against me.. LOL
Last week was my final week of class for the semester. YAY!! Already ready to get cracking at the books again but I have to wait semi-patiently until august 20th..LOL
I have an A in english comp and a B in microcomputers (access, excel, and word) Would have had an A in the computer course but excel messed me up BLEH!!
I did finish with a 3.5 gpa though.. :D
Every time I left for class my son would tell me to be good.. LMAO.. I say it to him all of the time.. He has a bit of trouble sitting still..lol The time has jsut flown by. Seems like only yesterday that I had started class..
I will keep you updated as time progresses..
ooo I almost forgot.. have my derm appt august 2nd.. The creams and stuff my family doc gave me ran out and all itchy and spots ahve returned full force.. I know I have waited what feels like forever for this appt.
