Question:
i was out side tonight and my brother and his kids were out side and so was kyle. no one even looked at me and they knew i was there. i just feel so out of place. i just keep feeling coming back here was wrong. my skin itch me so much when i came in that i don't know were to stop the bleeding on my legs. i should have never put the house here. it should have been were i always wanted to live sicne i was a kid. in fl. thank you for leting me vent

I understand, having been through all of it myself. Please bear with his fluctuating moods (Kyle). He doesn't know who to stand allegience to and his mom probably doesn't do much to help the situation. Know that your coming back and working to be close to him can only prove to him that you wanted to be near him regardless of the circumstances, even if he doesn't act like he understands that at the moment.
As far as your brother is concerned, there is no excuse for that and you need to talk to him calmly and alone about his snubbing you. Tell him that it hurt you but more importantly his actions weren't teaching Kyle a very good lesson. If he doesn't listen, he is the one who is losing something.
Be patient. If Kyle doesn't come back to you, you lost him to Robin before you ever left. She may have been quitely undermining the relationship before you ever considered leaving.
Just be there for Kyle with unconditional love. It is all you can do. And in the meantime, enjoy the family that you do have!!!

Hey Rich, I agree with Annie. Hang in there. Sometimes these family problems are a phase which passes; and Kyle will be so glad that you stayed there. It is good to live near family; even through times like these. When you need them most, they will be there. I'm so glad you were fortunate to meet Polly and establish a new, wonderful family. Your home is built on some beautiful land, and its a good place for your girls to grow up. Sorry your brothers behaved that way, but God changes peoples hearts. It just takes time.

And in the meantime, enjoy the family that you do have!!! i will be here for kyle always and for polly and the kids i will to. when i go some were nicole always whats to come along and when were in the kitchen i get ready to hug polly she comes out and gets on the kitchen chair for a group hug. that does my heart so much. i love them very very much. thank you my friend and im sure your right about the bird nexts door

this has started about 2 weeks ago that kyle seem to stop coming back here. my d and how much help i got from my brother on getting the house here has made alot of problems in the family. it just devied it and the passing of my anut didn't help and throw greed in on it to. it's like sitting on a bomb. my mom and my brother don't talk much at all any more. but other then that the kids play great to gether. i can't wait till spring get's here and see what happens. because i will be out side do alot of work (yard to put in). only time will tell.
