I'm wondering how could I get "Get.Connected" as I'm not from the States.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "get connected"? I thought maybe you were talking about the NPF's publication, but that is called "The Advance".
This is a great place to get connected with other sufferers and depending on where you are from you may have some locals to your area that post or have posted here. Eventhought the NPF is a non-profit organization based in the US their message boards are used by psoriasis sufferers from around the world.
