Question:
Hey guys,
I put in a sig. line ages ago and kinda keft it there. Recently, someone stole my sig ( the ultimate in rudeness, but what else can you say about people like that), so I changed it. Now I want to change again and I'm having problems getting it to 'stick".
I go to user CP, enter the new sig and hit save, but it doesn't reflect on the forum. Any hints?

Maybe the sig you want is too big? I believe they reduced the size that sigs could be. The limit is like 100 characters. Are you getting a message saying it's too long???

Thanks, Alli Yes, signature capabilities have changed drastically in the past year. Keep it short, no pictures, and no actual hyperlinks. text only. However, your "Cats purr, people talk. Give me the cat anyday."

Molly and I walked Marlene (mbowden) through the process of finding and adding her avitar in this very old thread: . (Some of the links may no longer be valid by the explanations are still good. The thread veers off into a couple of very funny tangents, but there's still a some of good information there.)
