I forgot to remember
Question:

It's 8:00 on monday morning. I have just finished 7 days of 24 hour on call at the home health care agency. It has been brisk. Some night time visits for occluded tubes, a call to 911 for police assistance in a situation that required a call to the child abuse hot line ( interesting since I only see adult patients) Yesterday afternoon I walked out of a patient's home to see my car had been hit again (no one taking responsibility) what a surprise.Last friday I listened to one of my doctors explain to me that I was not as young as I used to be and would not have the endurance I once had. The only option to prevent aging is not a good one. ----Then I called the pharmacy for my enbrel Rx refill and a smile started. I remembered what my life was like for the many years my Psoriasis was uncontrolled. I thought about how much better things are for me now. I thought about how many advances there have been in the 30 years that have passed since I started my journey with P and how many wonderful people I have met through the NPF. I forgot to remember. Time to shower up and get on with it. Cheryl

Answers:

That was a nice and positive way of thinking. I know I get down a lot and wish I could bring myself up like that.
Good Going Cheryl!
