:D hello all. i just have to say thank you for all of what you do to help me to keep going ahead. you have been great help to me though all that i went though so far. this place and all of yous means so much to me. i need alittle more help on going to philadelphia (derm) or not. this is a hard chose for me. i guess i have to do alot of thinking. it was nice talking to you last night mike.

I read a lot of your posts and you are really a genuine good guy. You never get over-opinionated and you care for others more than yourself. You've had some rough times lately...as we all do. I think everyone of us here know how great of a person that you are.
I think we should thank you for your help. I enjoy your posts and am really thankful for all of the time you spend replying to my posts and everyone elses too. I'm really glad that you are on the boards, you help me a lot too! Thanks Rich, you're a great guy and a great leader for all of us!

a great big HUGG to ya, :p i wish i could help on what to do with the derm... in phila. i dont know anything about the derms up there. but if they can help go for it. never know til you try!! right!!! hang in there boss....

Hi Richard,
You're very welcome. I always enjoy talking to you. As we discussed on the phone, because you have ppp, I think that you need to be seen by a derm who is affiliated with a teaching hospital. I know that Philadelphia is not exactly around the corner for you, but it really doesn't get much better then the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). It can't hurt to go there, even it it's only for a second opinion. Once again, here's a link to their contact information:
