NJ (at least my part) was blessed with it's first blanket of heavy sloppy wet disgusting snow last evening :( But it is so nice to look at :)

We got a little sleet last night. It's gone and the sun is shining,,,,,,,


We have snow too...only it's the second time, maybe the third....it does look pretty :D ...however... :rolleyes: I'm just about done with winters!

Tim, such a beautiful clean snow picture! Snow makes the whole dreary dead countryside look so beautiful. We don't see much in Texas but just enough!! ;)

Tim, nice pic, now get out there and put up some lights lol. LOL I can't, everything is covered in snow! To be honest the lights are there, but this was a day shot and they are pretty much hidden I am still a little conservative and do not turn on the full display until the Sunday preceding Christmas Day. Even worse, the inside tree doesn't go up until the night before Christmas Eve :eek:


Every morning I read the newspaper from back home in CT on line. This morning's paper said that CT may be getting a big snow storm tonight. My sons are not pleased as they are old enough now to realize what a pain it is to HAVE to get to work in a storm. Couple more like this and maybe they'll move here!!!!! Got my fingers crossed. I'll be sure to tell them how we sat outside in short sleeves yesterday.

My girls are outside playing in the snow right now. Nicole has never seen snow before. They are having a blast. They said they are going to make a bunch of snowballs and set them there so when Rich comes home from work they are going to nail him. What fun!!!!

My dogs love the snow, They can't wait to get outside and jump around in it. It is so funny, but not so fun after they come inside and defrost.

One of our dogs likes the snow and the other one doesn't. They are so funny in the snow-----the one buries her nose and runs in it. They do have to be dried off when they come in with snow around their paws.
Polly, I'll bet your girls are having fun with the snow.
