I'll never forget the sense of horror that I felt when I read ChaimFL's PM letting me know that you had been in an accident. Nor, will I ever forget the sense of dread that I felt when Mitch and I paid you a surprise visit at the rehab facility -- on your birthday! We had no idea what to expect. We found you in surprisingly shape considering everything that you had been through.
Thursday is Thanksgiving. Everyone who knows you has a lot to be thankful for.

I wish you continued health, continued strength, and courage to not only heal through this physically but emotionally as well.
With the insanity of it all as far as hospital bills and court procedings, I wish you comfort and peace to get you through yet another year of smooth sailing.

Although it's a scary thing to re-live every year, I'm sure it also gives you reason to celebrate your renewed chance at life, and the wonderful person that I have known you to be ever since first meeting you. It's a good thing to remember each year, and to know just how fleeting all of our lives here on this earth can be, and to make the most of living each day to the fullest. :)

Sure glad you're still around. That accident was bad enough to give you a whole lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
Though you were a dieing Yankee fan and took pitty on you bringing Yankee memorabieal. Selling out my own beliefs for a hurting friend. What a mistake, you made it.
