Tell us about the Canadian traditions for Thanksgiving. Forgive me for not knowing. Do you have the same family type gatherings? Dinner?

From what i understand Thanksgiving is pretty much the same here as it is there..
Family dinners with turkey, stuffing, all that goodness:)... and then anyone who goes to church, goes to church on thanksgiving day...
For my family it is like the one time every year that EVERYONE is sure to be there... even relatives from 3 hours away!... And we also take a family picture every year , in the leaves:)... This year, unfortuantely, my brother cant be here. He had no choice but to go out of town with his work. If he wouldve passed it up, he wouldve lost 3 grand... But everyone else will be here, at my house, (like 50 people), in less than a half an hour:) Im so excitedddd!!!
But yeh, im pretty sure that its the same here as it is in the states!
