there is a Homeowners loan that will give you a max of $25,000 for 10 years.... pay any amt you want at $250.00 a month or more if you want....but I think it depends on your equity in the house.....call your bank and ask them about this....after you talk to a lawyer :p

i feel so much hate towards her for what she is doing to me. she's throwing 23 years together out that window and all the hard work i did on this house and what im i getting out of it. i don't know. time will tell that. what i can say that will never change. is she is the love of my life. angry will pass but love don't. i miss given her a hug and hereing that she loves me like i love her. it takes 2 to make things work. well i get a new house out of it all.
