Collect Questions

Being Canadian, and proud of it too, means a lot to me. Having our healthcare system and all. But it isn't perfect. Last year the government only put 1.7 Million into psoriasis research. That's bullcrap as far as I'm concerned. Our government has no idea about what Canadians really need. There are almost 6 million people in Canada suffering from psoriasis..that's 6 million more than needs to be. Our so called Psoriasis Society also does diddly squat...they send out a little pamphlet about some product called relieva...supposed to be in drug stores everywhere...all the ones I went to never even heard of it. There is maybe one support group here in Canada, and I believe that is out west in Vancouver, BC. There are so many people here that need the loving support of others, but without the funds for research or support, we have nowhere to turn, but into ourselves. All of us Canadians with psoriasis, whether born in or immigrated to this country need to band together and inform our government of what needs to be done, instead of sending hundreds of millions of dollars else where, leave some here at home, and help your own people, the people who put you in the position you are in now. We'll start our own list and send it to the government, and possibly have our own National Conference. Thanks for your time.
