let me do some examples.....
you are taking the medicine A ,and a chiropractor give you something that
has not a scientific research behind,and the the product cause the medicine to do not work well or viceversa,so you will receive a damage.....
or you have a problem and a chiropractor give you a treatment,and you will
receive a damage....
Does a chiropractor is repsonsable in front of the law of this errors ?

treatments.....
this is only to know how the laws are.
because we have to be informed.
we already know Doctor are responsable in front of laws in everycountry .
i want to know if it is true also for chiropractors....
i voted "i do not know" ,and i opened this thread because i'm completely ignorant about the argument.
do laws protect from errors taking herbs and so on from people with a regular licence or do not ?
may be a law exist only in some states and not in others or is different...etc etc ...

Chiropractors are licensed by each of our 50 states. If you practice chropractory without a license that is a crime.
Many medical insurance plans cover chiropractors. You can sue a chiropractor ( even if she's you mother) in the US. If you sue a chiropractor for malpractice and you win that is a civil lawsuit. He pays you damages he doesn't go to jail. If the behavior is grossly negligent and is reported to the lawyer for the local area (i.e. district attorney) criminal charges can be brought and then maybe he can go to jail.
Lately I've been noticing in the news that a lot of the medical criminals, i.e. docs, dentists, chiro, etc... have been getting in trouble for sex offenses. I.e. taking advantage of patients. I think theres bad apples on every tree, just have to be on the lookout for yourself.
I've also heard of some stories of people still practicing without a license. I have no idea how they do it but it seems they get away with it for a long time before they get caught.

we have some people that exercize the dentist profession and have not any authorization......
how they work.....?
they have a man that has the authorization that is renting his name....
so the office figure as the Dentist X office,in the reality the guys Y is working there and Y is not a licenced dentist....
Usually authorities become aware of this only when there is a damage....
this happens only for dentists...because our national health system does not
cover tooths health....
about doctors it does not happens,becuase we have the national health...
what means :
governmen assign to you a first care doctor,and you have not to pay any visit with this doctor....the governement pay for you....
this avoid unhautorized to exercize.....
if you need a specialist you have to book a visit at the nearest hospital
(visit covered by the national system) or a private (payement) visit ...
Chiropractors visits are not covered by our national health.

chiropractor are not recognized by italian laws....
there is no law referring to chiropractors....
there are a lot of chiropractors exercizing in italy,but it seems only few of them followed an official course in a nation that recognaize chiropractors..
there are some law proposal to rule this . but we still not have laws on this argument...
I think is just because the national health system cover the same issues...
I fear without laws if there are some damages caused by unhautorized ,may be possible here laws consider you like....

here if you sue someone ,the only sure things is that attorney will earn money both from you and the sued.
at the end of the sessions she does my neck. I think if you don't know what you're doing with the neck you could hurt someone seriously. Let me tell you maurizio, she yanks my neck and it cracks about 20 times.
