It is amazing how much this "cartoon" was able to not only capture the emotions but the tears that are shared by many people that September 11th affected...
Being a flight attendant for American Airlines, I lost alot of my friends on Sept. 11th and it was really tough for me to put that uniform back on and continue to fly...
there was this special on HBO that interviewed Children of 9/11...it was so heart wrenching to hear these children talk about their losses and how quickly they have had to grow up...
thank you for sharing... :o

So sad, thanks for posting that film. Out of the mouths of babys comes some of the most important words.
Bump, i just went back and saw this 2nite. wow!
oh wow. I was so moved by this. I had chills the whole time while watching it, and then when she said she wanted to see him in heaven again I couldnt help but cry. That day, no one will ever forget that day. I was a senior in high school and found out in my second class of the day. All I could think about was all those people trapped in the towers, and thinking about my brother who is in the navy. I thought about war. So many emotions running through me and everyone else on that day. My brother had to go to New York that night to help try to rescue people, and help with cleaning up what was left of the WTC's.
Thank you for showing us this. Sometimes as time passes, people forget things....no one will ever forget this tragedy that happened on September 11, 2001. Have a good day everyone.

It's amazing how almost everyone I talk to knew someone who was in NYC that day. I was in Lubbock, Texas when it happened. I was getting ready for my 9:30 class at Texas Tech when my roommate turned on the TV, which was odd for her since she usually went back to sleep after her 8 a.m. class. She flipped through the channels and nothing was on but the Twin Towers. My first reaction, horrible as it may sound, was to laugh. I don't know if it was the camera angles or what, but everything seemed a lot smaller, so I thought some idiot had crashed a small plane into a building. Later I would learn how serious it actually was. I've never been through a quieter week in my life. All around campus TVs were turned on and tuned to the news. Everyone was silent around them. No one talked in class that week. Even all the way in Lubbock, you could feel fear in the air. All I did was watch the news, I didn't want to do anything else. I read the papers everyday. It was incredibly sad. And even I knew someone there that day. It was a girl from the Baptist Student Ministries who was at NYU doing mission work through the Southern Baptist Convention collegiate ministries. Her apartment was in Manhattan, but she, thankfully was not anywhere near there that day. I'm sure she had so many opportunities to share Christ in the months that followed. I'm thankful she had that opportunity. Anyway, just thought I'd share my two cents on that day. Where were you? Do you remember?
I was in 3rd grade. My teachers learned the news at lunch, and after lunch we went to recess and were told that 2 plains crashed into 2 important buildings. as 3rd graders we didnt think much of it, little did we know it was a BIG thing. As the day went on students were pulled from skool, by the end of the day there were probally 12 of us out of a 24 student class. I usually walked home, and my mom met me at the crosswalk, which was very rare, only if somthing was big did she do that, cuz we lived rite down the street. i freaked out and was in tears, that night i didn't have to my homework, but intsted had to watch the news all night. i was really scared, in class most of the kids didn't quite understand wat was happening. thats where i was, and what i was doing.

I was at work. Customers were coming in telling us bits and pieces. I was working with my best friend. She pasted away in Jan. of this year. We didn't really here all the details at first. I found a radio and plugged it in the meat room where we were working. My oldest daughter was in 4th grade at the time. She told me that most of the kids in her class went home early. She was scared and upset that I didn't come and get her. I felt bad and told her that I should have left work and got her. I didn't think they would have told kids that small anything. I guess they got scared when all the other parents picked up their kids. I remember watching it over and over again on tv. I was glued to the tv for weeks.
