and that is all of you. your are my second family. im glad i found you. im proud to say i belong to the npf and with all of you. thank you for all that you do. you are the greats. you gave me some thing that has been missing in my life. a differnt way to leave my feelings out and i thank you for that. i have to stop know and scratch. i hate when i itch.

Rich---you know what we have told you about scratching?????? You stop that- right now--you hear---- :p :p ;)
Next you'll be telling us that you are bleeding, then you'll get scabs and I don't know what all!!!!
Get busy doing something else, but be careful you don't hurt yourself!

well i stopped the scratching like you said and i didn't get hurt. thats a first. but some time in my sleep i did do some scratching. well i did my best. well of to some thing eles.

Rich, here's some advise,,, you say you scratch at night while you're sleeping.
Well as to not be scratching to the point where you'll be bleeding & then get infected,,, wear some type of gloves..........
