I think a barbeque sounds like an excellent idea for the weekend. How about some ribs and burgers! maybe a steak? frog legs???? We have a fish house in town that I frequent when working and once the guy gave me gator. It was pretty good. My dad always told me you could buy horse meat in new york city, we had horses and I think he was pulling my leg.
