INSOMNIA ANYONE?

I just received my first newsletter from Dr.Susan Lark and found some really interesting litlle handy health tips...normally I save them for the PSORIASIS side under "HEALTHY EATING , RECIPES AND TIPS....but this was too good not to share.....let us know if it works....I have had insomnia maybe once every few months and "it ain't fun"!

Oh Sally....does it have to be a kidney bean? I guess I will have to buy some to see. I am the original insomniac but DO get a lot of reading done being as I save the novels for this time.
