Thanks Juanita, Now I can tell my doc - look, it's not all in my head, I scored in the critical range. Lucky me
Me Too. Critical here
Critical. But I knew that. The key, at least for me, is not avoiding stress, (hey, I like to achieve, what can I say) but managing it. yoga, baths, friends, breathing, creativity working out etc. These tests are short sighted, IMHO, they don't look at enough factors.
I reached high....i had a feeling i have been a little to stressed latly, you can always tell from how ur P is acting.
This is a POLL-thread I started a long long time ago regarding stress.

Juanita,
Hi, I tried that stress test too and came out as high. It was interesting. Thanks,
Sandy
Critical!!! But my P is under control. Actually, I'm clear. Go figure!!

I get stressed from my job! I think that's to be expected though!
i had a 65. im critical. im near burn out. can i take a retest.lol
that stress test was created to sell their products at the end
im surprised nobody noticed that
My score was 45 which was high....not critical. Yes, it was to sell their products I imagine but just taking the test makes one aware and to perhaps take steps to reduce this stress. Some areas can be worked on.

But I know that I am under stress all the time, it's just my nature. My job, behavior, etc... I'm taking buspar and wellbutrin for it and it helps a lot. I still have a lot of stress but I don't worry much about things anymore like I used to. Worrying about stuff, often, is useless and counterproductive.
Stress is a big factor in psoriasis in my opinion. Anything we can do to manage or reduce the stress is helpful.
Critical ... but then I knew that intuitively!
...wonder if there is a common thread that people with psoriasis have personalities who stress out more...
I know I stress and internalize it too much. Am working to improve this but it is something to always work at.
1 Attachment(s) High,,,37,,,,and you wonder why I laugh so much............. that reduces the stress........ :D :D
wow, I thought I was a bit run-down but not that much!!!!!
i got high, i dont think thats good
i retook my test and im over the top. well that's life when people stress you out
