Collect Questions

Hi all, I have been "out" for a couple of weeks, and I really missed you all!!!!
We are now preparing for another hurricaine, so these next few days will again be hectic.............but I wanted to say hello.
Wish me luck, I have a biopsy on the 10th....you guessed it..........my wonderful sun!!!! I have a "spot" on my leg, which is not p (for a change) that I have been advised to have biopsied. Hopefully all will be fine, but if not, I guess the people who always tell me that I'm in the sun too much can say "I told you".
Happy September everyone....I think of the pfamily often.........sorry that I have been away so long............and Thank You for the wonderful pms............love to you!!!!!:)


hey coach, welcome back. we'll say a little prayer for you . . . for the biopsy & that the hurricane is a mild one.
p.s. my mom had a biopsy taken on her leg back in november for cancer. be careful!!! she ended up in the hospital with an infection. what a mess!!!

Well it is about time!!!!! I just figured you had left for good!!!! I am sorry to hear about the spot on your leg!!! Ask a lot of questions Pam, and ask how big a spot needs to be removed if it is cancer...If it is going to be extensive, consult a surgeon...Remember, I have a 7 inch scar on my shoulder with a big dip in the middle!!!! And I was knocked on my butt for over 2 weeks...
I wish I had consulted a surgeon!! Don't get scared and hurry like I did....If it is squamous cell, it is confined only to the skin...
muahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! So glad you are back!!!


We missed you. Deb has been frantic. From now on you must let her know what you are up to. LOL.
Don't worry about the biopsy, everything is going to be okay.

now this scares me,,,the last time i was to the derm,,he wanted to do the biopsy on my leg also,,,,it's on my left leg,,,below the knee,,under the calf,,,how big is the spot nad did it leak water?????

Hey Pam welcome home. We all stray now and then for different reason but you know were always here. Hope you are doing well. Sorry to here about the biospy and pray that everything work out ok for you. The sun is so healing but sometimes in causes trouble. Hope this is not the case for you.
