Well, Jeff, you don't have to change your clocks. I don't think there is a law about that. It's one way to make sure you get there before everyone else. :D

We did set our clocks ahead, but ended up having our power go out for about 4 hours last night and had to get our generator up and running. By midnight the power came back on and we turned generator off and reset the clocks. We went to bed only to have the power go out again for about another hour. We had set our cell phone clocks to go off at 6:30 this morning only to have them go off at 7:30 because you have to turn the phones on and off to reset the time. My daughter ran to work in a matter of minutes and my husband rushed to get ready for church as he was a reader this morning. I just couldn't get myself together to get any where this morning. Interesting day to start the new time, but I absolutely love the new time as we have daylight so much later in the evening.

LOL!!! Wouldn't you know it. I move to one of the few states who do not recognize DST. That means for part of the year I have a 2 hour time difference and during DST, I have a 3 hour time difference from the east coast. Ah, on the bright side I will now be able to stay up with all you late night chatters!!!!

I'm getting settled. Worked like a fiend for days and literally wore the skin off my finger tips. Now I'm spending a little time becoming aquainted with my new computer. Never had a mac before so it's a bit foreign.
