Collect Questions

I got quite a shock this morning when I was posting to Gageman's thread. When I viewed my reply I noticed to my horror that an ad for some kind of sex website had taken the place of my sweet, cute Sagitarius picture I had always used with my signature. I immediately deleted my post and got rid of the attachment in my signature. Now I am living with the guilt that I didn't post anything new in a couple of days and I have no idea when this new file attached itself to me. I am so very sorry if I have offended anyone. I truly was not aware of what happened or how it happened. I'm hoping enough of you know me well enough to know that I would never do something like this myself. Please forgive me. :( I am very embarrassed. :o


Probably got changed at the site you're linking it from. Sounds like a dirty trick on someone elses part.

Hate computers. How some sick peeople attach crap to what you think is legitament. You did the right thing and removed as soon as you realized it. You have nothing to be guilty about.
Take care of yourself and don't lose any sleep over it.

Two things to remember
1. Don't sweat the small stuff.
2. Everything is small stuff.
Anyone that has googled for anything and has ventured past page 2 of the results has probably seen far worse than any link you may have unintentionally posted.
It is weird though, lets hope that someone has not hacked into the message boards avatar data base.

Often times websites will notice if people are linking directly to images without their permissions. A lot of them a get cheap thrill out of replacing that image with something obscene and immature.
I appreciate you dealing with it in a timely manner. Hopefully your shame will be shortlived.
I won't hold it against you.


Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things. Seriously now, don't worry about it.......just because someone else was getting a cheap thrill out of changing the picture on your sig doesn't mean you should be embarassed.
To get completely off subject....... *webmaster* I still wonder if you are the evil (or is it good) twin of a professor at UD. Maybe he just stole your name so he could be cool. Hmmmmmmmmmm............................. :rolleyes:


Oh, you poor thing! I understand your embarassment, but no one is going to think you did that on purpose.
I guess we should all check our signatures every once in a while, eh?! Sad, really. Some freak out there has nothing better to do.
