Question:
My doctor told me that going tanning would help my psoriasis. So I went tanning. The first time I went tanning I got my flare up. I hadn't event got it fully yet and it pushed me into full blown psoriasis. It all over my back to the point it looks like a rash. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you developed a flare with p after tanning. I try to tan also but I really try to limit my time in the beds quite abit. I find it does help abit. How is your flare today? What did you put on it. Do you think it is any better after a day away from the bed? I'm not sure what to put on it, if it was caused by tanning. Maybe some solercain for sunburns or maybe you should moisturized it good with lotion. Usually Mike will come along and offer some very good information. Take care and let us know how you are doing.
