Question:
Just watchin LOTR and after 10 minutes it went all pixilated and the sound went funny, did this every so often then it got to about chapter 15 completely froze, restarted and it played then got to chapter 30ish completely froze and it would not work when restarted.
Tried it in another DVD player same problem.
Faulty disc :oh-hum: , emailed CD-WOW will see what they say.
Its R1 is this common or a known problem?
Matt
Sounds like a dodgy disc to me. I've got the R1 extended version and plays fine.
Only fault I've noted is the subtitles for the commentaries on Disc 2 seem mixed up.

I noticed this on my R1. If you pick the commentary track from the main disc menu though instead of the black screen menu it brings up the correct subs.
